My Thought For The Month

It's nice to be back after taking a much needed vacation.  My family and I went to Bahamas for a week and spent some great, quality time together.   Soaking up the colour energy of our surroundings was incredible.  Turquoise waters, lush greenery, magenta pink flowers and blue sky all helped to refresh and rejuvenate my body, mind and spirit.  If you can't get away during the winter months, remember to use colour as your tool to help you through the cloudy, dreary days.  Yellow and Orange are especially great for reducing symptoms of Seasonal Affective Disorder.  Turquoise makes you feel as though you are surrounded by tropical waters and green reminds your system of spring and growth.

While in Bahamas, I met a colourful man named James Quest – or in the music world he's known as Jah Quest.  I love how the universe divinely guides us to meet certain people in our lives.  Let me explain…we had rented a car for the day to travel around New Providence Island of Bahamas.  We went and visited Jaws Beach (where they filmed the movie Jaws!)  It was gorgeous there with only 3 other people experiencing the beach.  While walking a deserted path, a working truck from the park pulls up to say a friendly hello.  This turns into a long, interesting conversation about life in Canada, life in Bahamas and the fact that James is a gospel artist trying to go international.  He sang a little for us while sitting in his truck and I loved his voice and his personality.

New In Canada!

Body Stress Release

Events for Winter/Spring 2010

A new year, a new series of events.  Detox Your Thoughts is booked for Saturday, Feb. 20^th 8:30am – 6pm at the Delta Inn, Hwy 7 and 404 (Markham ON)  Price is a material fee of $45 only.  The rest is PAY WHAT YOU CAN.  Incredible offer for incredible information on self discovery.  Space still available.

I have the pleasure of being a keynote speaker and teacher at the Ladies Wellness Retreat.  It's taking place in Niagara on the Lake at the White Oaks Conference and Resort Spa.
